Meet the Officers and Board Members
of CSA Fraternal Life!

Daniel J. Wenzler, Sr., is President of CSA Fraternal Life. Dan has more than 30 years' insurance-industry experience in accounting, data processing, customer service and sales. He holds LOMA designations of Fellow Life Management Institute, Associate Insurance Agency Administration, and Associate Customer Service. He became Secretary in October of 2004 and is currently serving as a director of the Illinois Fraternal Congress. Dan serves as treasurer of Lodge Brookfield.
Cary J. Mentzer is CSA's Vice President. Cary previously served on CSA's Board of Directors from 1998 to 2006 and was Chairman of the Fraternal Committee. As the Vice President, Cary is also President of the Museum Board of Trustees. He is also the president of Lodge Martha Washington-Madison, and a lifelong CSA member.
Helen Gaydusek is the Secretary/Treasurer of CSA. A member since 1950, she has been the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary-Treasurer for seven years and has industry experience as a house insurance agent for a brokerage. Helen is secretary of District Council #12 and Cultural Division.
Irma Farrell is Chairman of the Board of Directors. Irma has been a board member since 2002. She resides in Lakewood Colorado and serves Region H, the states of California, Kansas, Texas and Colorado.
Dorothy Ditch has been a director since 1994. Dorothy serves Region G (District #14), which consists of Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska, and is secretary of Lodge Prokop Velky. She is also the secretary of the Board of Directors.
Ken Dvorsky is a board member since 2006, but also served on the board from 1982 to 1990. Ken serves Region E (District #12) of Northern Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, and is also president of District Council and Athletic Division.
Jerry Fiema has been a director since 2001. Jerry serves Region D, Michigan and Northern Ohio. He is also secretary of Lodge Pingree.
Mary Virginia Kupinski is a CSA board member since 1998 and serves as Vice Chair of the Board. She serves Region F (District #13), of Missouri and Southern Illinois. Virginia is also a member of the Missouri Fraternal Congress and president of Lodge Estlian.
Georgianna Kurtz has been a director since 1998, serving Region C, Pennsylvania and Southeastern Ohio. She is also the president of District Council # 9 and secretary and treasurer of Lodge Kruh Osvojenyh Zen a Panu.
Carol Tranter is a board member since 2006. She serves Region B, consisting of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and Florida. Carol is also Secretary/Treasurer of District Council #5.
Paul Vavrasek is a board member since 2006. He serves Region A, of New York and Connecticut and is Vice President of Lodge Empire State.
Adam Wilt is a board member since 2006, and serves Region E (District #12) of Northern Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
